The San Diego Pan Pacific Law Enforcement Association was established in 1993 to mentor law enforcement officers with Asian and Pacific Islander heritage. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and share the commitment of creating a positive future for San Diego and the diverse communities we serve. Members of PANPAC are also automatically entered as a member of NAPOA (National Asian Peace Officers Association). NAPOA is a nationwide association that has thousands of members from Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies.
PANPAC is committed to serving the community of San Diego, as well as all the law enforcement agencies within the county of San Diego. One of our goals is to provide our members and their families with as much support as we can during their law enforcement career.
We offer opportunities to share and learn from our diverse background, network with others in law enforcement and form partnerships within the community. One of our largest annual events is our Fundraising Luau. We have other family oriented events throughout the year such as the Dragonboat races, socials at different locations, sporting events, and scheduled travel events. We are always looking to our members for new ideas for activities and events. From these activities and events, you will establish networking opportunities, meet new friends and create lifelong relationships.
PANPAC is a Non-Profit, Charitable Organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore membership dues to the Association are considered tax deductible.
